Using this BEP 3 - Position Ignition Switch is easy. First, make sure the switch is installed correctly on a panel up to 1' thick. Connect it to your battery using the #8 - 32 screw terminals. The switch operates at 12V DC, with 10A for ignition and 5A for start. You can turn it to the OFF position when not in use, Ignition - Accessory for powering accessories, and Start to start your equipment. Keep the two keys that come with the coded tumbler lock in a safe place. When it comes to maintenance, check the connections regularly to ensure they are tight.
