Product Detail

The Digital Yacht DIGSPL2000 AIS/VHF/FM Antenna Splitter is a game - changer. Model: DIGSPL2000. It allows you to use an existing VHF antenna for both standard VHF and AIS systems. With patented ZeroLossTM technology, it offers exceptional performance. Works seamlessly with all Class B transponders and receivers. Comes with power cable, PL259 - PL259 cable assembly, and BNC - BNC cable assembly (all 0.75m long) for easy installation. It has an AM - FM radio antenna connection integrated in the power cable for your standard car stereo. Operates on 12v or 24v with low power consumption and features fail - safe operation. It has the same size and design as the new AIT2000. Installing an AIS receiver or transponder becomes quick and simple, and it reduces antenna clutter. The splitter has four easy connections: one input for the main VHF antenna and outputs for AIS receiver/transponder, DSC VHF, and an optional car radio. Its ZeroLossTM technology ensures top - notch reception and transmission. Even if it stops working or loses power, it won't affect the main VHF operation. Waterproof and aesthetically matching current transponders and receivers, it integrates easily into any vessel. It has three status LEDs to show correct power and transmission status.

Using the Digital Yacht SPL2000 Antenna Splitter is easy. First, connect the main VHF antenna to the input. Then, connect your AIS receiver/transponder, DSC VHF, and if you want, your car radio to the respective outputs. Make sure to connect the power cable correctly. You can use either 12V or 24V power supply. The unit will show correct power and transmission status through the three status LEDs. When it comes to maintenance, keep it in a dry place as it's waterproof but excessive moisture might still cause long - term issues. Check the cables regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If the unit ever stops working, don't worry, it won't affect your main VHF operation. Just contact customer service for further assistance. Remember, this splitter is designed to simplify your installation and improve performance, so enjoy using it on your vessel.
