Product Detail

The Airmar M135C-M In-Hull Transducer is a great choice for boat owners. It features medium CHIRP technology with an 85 - 135kHz frequency, offering excellent offshore and inshore performance. With a 24° to 16° beamwidth and 1kW power, it can reach a depth of up to 1200' (365 meters). It's perfect for trailered or lifted boats up to 25' with solid core fiberglass hulls. The urethane housing is liquid - filled and uses exclusive Xducer ID® technology. As CHIRP revolutionizes recreational fishing, this economical 1kW transducer provides ultra - clear target resolution in medium - depth, shallow, and murky waters. The transducer comes with a plastic housing filled with eco - friendly anti - freeze, ensuring the beam shoots straight down. It's easy to install and adjust for hull deadrise (adjustable 2° to 20°). Specifications include a 9.17 lb (4.16 kg) weight, urethane acoustic window, and one broadband ceramic assembly. In the box, you'll get the M135C transducer, M135 - Flange, and MMC - BL Cable.

Using the Airmar M135C - M In - Hull Transducer is quite straightforward. First, install the plastic housing inside the hull of your boat. Make sure to adjust it for the proper dead - rise offset so that the beam shoots straight down. Then, insert the transducer into the housing. When you're out on the water, the transducer will work automatically to give you depth readings. As for maintenance, keep the transducer clean. Avoid hitting it against hard objects as it could damage the internal components. Check the cable regularly for any signs of wear or damage. Also, make sure the eco - friendly anti - freeze in the housing is at the right level. If you notice any issues with the performance, like inaccurate depth readings, it might be a good idea to check the settings and the installation. And always store the transducer in a dry place when not in use.
