Using this Blue Sea circuit breaker is easy. First, make sure the power is off before installation. You can mount it either vertically or horizontally thanks to the international ON/OFF symbols. Just use the #6 - 32 stainless - steel mounting screws and tighten them with a torque of 6 in - lb (0.68 Nm). Connect the wires using the #10 - 32 stainless - steel terminal screws and tighten them to 14 in - lb (1.58 Nm).
When in use, keep an eye on the color actuator. If it shows the 'OFF' position, something might be wrong. Remember, the 'Trip Free' design is there to protect you. If there's a fault current, it'll automatically turn off and can't be forced 'ON'.
This breaker can work in temperatures from -40°C to 85°C. But try to keep it in a normal environment to extend its lifespan. It has a switching cycle of 10,000, so it should last a while.
