The ARCO Zeus A8000-48V alternator is a game-changer. It starts at lower RPMs, runs cooler, and offers more power than bulkier 48V alternators. At 2,500 RPM, it continuously generates over 3kW (55 Amps), and at 4,000 RPM, almost 6kW (111 Amps). In real-world use, a marine diesel engine at 1,200 RPM with a 3.13:1 pulley ratio can generate just over 5kW (97 Amps), and a Mercedes Sprinter at 750 RPM with a 3.21:1 ratio can generate over 3kW (55 Amps).

Unlike many competitors who use inefficient 12V rotors in their 48V alternators, ARCO uses a native 48V rotor and field current. This makes our alternator run cooler, extending its lifespan and reducing the risk of system damage.
